    Use either of the forms below if your tenancy agreement comes under the Housing Act of 1988 (ameded 1996)

  • If notice is being given for the tenancy to come to an end at the end of the fixed term or before, use SECTION 21 (1)(B).
  • If the tenancy has rolled over and another agreement has not been issued then use SECTION 21 (4)(A).
