3. Never pay any renewal fees, regardless of how long the tenant stays there.

5. Never pays any hidden costs or commissions for using third parties.
6. Never have to put up with small print.
7. Are treated as human beings.
8. Are kept informed at all times.
9. Are helped to let their property themselves if they want to.
10. Are able to access our website that receives some 3000 - 4000 hits a day.
11. Are able to access our members site which currently has some 30,000 landlords.

Property Management:

Fees are charged at a rate of 2.5% and only whilst the tenant is in residence and on a monthly basis. This includes collecting the rent.
