We therefore developed the site into being able to sell items such as tenancy agreements, letters and notices, as well as insurance and finance. All our documents are up to date, inline with the law and are revised on a as and when necessary basis. However, we now find ourselves launching a new service and one that is designed with the landlord very much in mind. Our lettings service has come about because we realise that all too often landlords are annoyed with their agent for charging such hefty fees. As you will read about under our lettings service section we have become perhaps the only letting agent that charges the landlord on a monthly basis, thus saving them having to pay for costs, mortgage etc out of their own pocket. With the current climate we want to make a landlords' life as easy as possible.

Our consultants are always on hand to help landlords with queries ranging from why they can not let their property to how to evict tenants. They have each worked as at least managers and all know what it takes to have a successful lettings business and are therefore only too keen to help out landlords as much as they possibly can. There are plenty of letting agents out there who charge the earth for their services and actually give surprisingly little.

We provide landlords with a service that reassures them that they are our number one concern, they are our clients and it is they who we aim to please.
